We will celebrate Active School Week from June 8th to 12th this year.
Active Week is extra special this year as our girls' soccer team are travelling to the Aviva to compete in the FAI Spar 5s on June 9th. Our 5th & 6th class are coming to support. We can't wait to cheer on our soccer team in the Aviva!

Our 2026 Active Week highlights include:
  • Galway Lawn Tennis Club on Threadneedle Road to play badminton, tennis and pickleball.
  • Salthill/Knocknacarra GAA Club are going to teach us some football and camogie skills.
  • Spring in Your Step will teach us the fundamental movements in a fun way.
  • Classes will take part in ‘fun for all’ races and challenges.
  • Crazy Golf course designed and created by 6th class.
  • Table Tennis
  • Obstacle Course
  • Jersey Day
  • Whole school dancing in the yard
