Mini Olympic Handballers do us proud👏Our newly formed mini Olympic handball team played their first matches as a team recently in an inter school blitz. They played so well, won lots of matches and did their coaches Mrs McNamara and Mrs Gaffney proud.  Christmas ShoeboxesPhotos below of just some of the Christmas Shoeboxes donated recently by pupils from 2nd to 6th class. These boxes will be sent to lots of places around the world to help put a smile on some children's faces for Christmas. Michaela, Liana and Zara paid a visit to the Shoebox Depot to see what happens to the shoeboxes when they are collected from our school. They saw thousands of shoeboxes being checked before beginning their long journey to different parts of the world. They helped to make sure that each box had the four w's. Something to wear, wash with, write with and a wow factor!   Budding Artists!! Congratulations to Laura and Sarah who won prizes in the Credit Union Art Competition recently.  |
