Keeping the tradition alive! Ms. Gilmore's 4th class making St Brigid's Crosses with help from Mrs. Gaffney's 5th class and Ms. Fleming's 6th class. Congratulations to the fifth class girls and their teachers, Imelda Kelly and Sheila Gaffney on their fantastic performance at the Peace Proms Concert last Sunday. Thanks also to Maria Raftery who helped on the night. It was a memorable occasion! The two fifth classes rehearsed their songs for their Peace Proms Concert taking place this Sunday in NUIG. They entertained all classes in the school with their beautiful singing! Best of luck to the girls and their teachers! Congratulations to Laura and Katie who were prizewinners in the Evironmental Calendar Competition, sponsored by Galway City Council. Well done to both girls on their lovely art work!  Happy New Year everyone and welcome back to school! Thank you all so much for your generosity on our Christmas jumper day in December. We raised €460 for the Galway Sick Kids Foundation. A great way to end 2019!  |
