We love to promote physical activity & wellbeing here in Scoil Róis. Our Walk on Wednesday this morning before school started, helped us to step it up & many of us walked up to 20 times around our big hall. This equates to 2 miles! What a positive & healthy start to the day!  We are very proud of our Galway Council Environmental Calendar Competition Winners pictured below. Congratulations to Ava Halpin who won the overall cover prize and to Aoife Kelly & Arina Bobrova who also won special prizes for their artwork. Maith sibh!👏🏅  We were delighted to present the University College Hospital, Galway Neonatal Unit with a cheque for €550 this week. Thank you to all the Scoil Róis community for their generosity during our Christmas jumper day in December.💖 What a positive start to 2019!  |
